      高校聘请外教工作要从外教招聘途径、管理方法、服务意识等诸方面进行创新.首先要树立教育对外开放理念,增强外教工作的创新意识.其次要拓展外教招聘渠道,提高聘用效益.在高校聘请外教的思路规划上要有前瞻性;在高校聘请外教的渠道上要多元化;在外教聘请时要讲究质量,体现示范性.再次要创新外教管理和服务机制,为外教工作创造良好的工作环境,努力吸引并留住人才.
英文摘要:
      At present,universities’ work of employing foreign teachers is facing fierce international talent competition.Foreign Affairs staff in colleges and universities must innovate at the aspects of foreign teacher recruitment channels,methods of management and sense of service,in pace with the times under the framework of national foreign affairs policy.Firstly,we need to establish a philosophy of education’s opening and enhance the innovation sense of foreign affairs.Secondly,we must expand foreign teacher recruitment channels,and enhance employment benefits.We should have a forward-looking idea in foreign teacher employment’s plan.We should have diversity in foreign teacher employment channels.When we employ foreign teachers,we should pay attention to the quality and make it a model.Thirdly,we should innovate in the mechanism of foreign teacher management and service,create a good working environment for the foreign teachers and try to attract and retain the talent.
