| 法学界对经济法的法域归属问题存在颇多争议,主要是经济法的公法属性和社会法属性之争.经济法是一个新兴的法律类别,对经济法的研究方向应作些突破传统思维模式的有益探索.尝试对经济法进行从单一视角转向跨法域的研究,探讨经济法同时涉足公法与社会法的问题,将能对经济法的调整对象、调整原则及调整方法进行更为合理的解析. |

| A lot of disputes exist at all times in the law field about the question that which law territory the economic law belongs to,and the focus is the dispute of its character of public law or social law.Economic law is a newly-developing law.The study orientation of economic law should break through the traditional model of thoughts to make some available explorations.Trying to study economic law from the single visual angle to over-different law territory,and discussing the question that economic law belongs to public law and social law at the same time,will make a more reasonable analysis of the objects of adjustment,the principles of adjustment,and the measures of adjustment of the economic law. |
