通过分析高教强省与高等工程教育的关系,分析江苏省高等工程教育发展的现状,发现其在办学层次结构、学科专业结构和人才培养方面存在的不足,提出相应的改革发展对策.

This essay through the analysis of the relationship between "Higher Education develop province" and Higher Education of Engineering, the analysis of the current situation of Jiangsu Higher Educaton of Engineering,to find out the deficiency and to put forward the countermeasure of reform and development.
