| This paper makes some exploration of stylistics and the relationship between the articles’ styles and the corresponding translation.People tended to confine their discussion to the literary genres and styles of the individual writer when the topic was addressed.The present essay deals with stylistics in a broad sense and takes types of texts into consideration such as officials,advertisements,journalism,spoken and written languages,etc.The author discusses some common stylistic problems and points out that the translation strategies adopted by the specific translator are largely related to his/her linguistic competence,academic training and stylistic resources. |
