| To transform the grassroot political power fundamentally,under the Chinese Communist Party leadership Huazhong Anti-Japanese Base Area widely developed the gigantic democracy election movement.The base promulgated a series of laws,rules,to standardize the election;The people displayed wisdom in creating an appropriate form of election.The election manifested widespread,equal,and authentic characteristics.This movement caused the basic unit of political power to change thorough in nature,preparing the important circumstances for the victories of the Anti-Japanese War and the whole New Democratic Revolution.This article takes the country election as the center specifically to inspect this historical phenomenon and provides the experience and the model for current democratic political construction. |
