| This paper first probes into the definition,typical characteristics and law characteristics of virtual operating.Then it compares and explores the virtual operating with relative and similar concepts such as small corporation consortia,conventional cooperation,M&A,corporate group of contract model,enterprise alliance,network operating and outsourcing by the comparative method. |
