| 随着互联网的不断发展,网上交易日渐发达,网络拍卖作为网络交易中的一种重要的形式,越来越多地受到人们的关注和重视,其中也凸现出一些法律问题,主要从网络拍卖的法律适用、消费者权益保护、网络拍卖合同以及网络服务商的法律责任等几个方面对其中的主要法律问题作一探讨,以期对我国网络法律制度的建立和完善有所帮助. |

| With the development of the internet,on-line transaction prospers.On-line auction,as an important part of on-line transaction,attracts more and more attention.In the mean time some legal issues arise.This article discusses these issues,with the expectation of doing some help to the establishment and improvement of Chinese on-line transaction legal system,mainly from aspects as follows: the application of law on on-line auction,the protection of consumers’ rights,the contract of on-line auction. |
