| Since the 20th century,the international organizations have developed rapidly,and becomes the important role in the international scene day by day.They also remarkably strengthens the status in the international law-making,playing the pivotal role to the establishment and the maintenance of the international order.The article analyzes the inevitability and the feasibility of the international organization law-making from the international relational theory and the international law angle,and make the certain forecast to the tendency of the international organization law-making. |
