| Theories are established upon the outlook of world,society and humanity.The rarity of resouses,the individuality of social unit and the limitation of human rationality are premises of the political methodology.We must recognize that human beings have limited capacity under definite historical condition when doing political research.Thus we are not constrained by "ultimate truth". |
