Jiangsu Yueda group,through the development of merely slightly more than 20 years,has already become one of 520 key enterprises in China and entered Jiangsu’s top 20 large-scale enterprises from a 5 person coal transfer group with 55-yuan.When we study its development process,it is easy to find Yueda’s successful secret,that is,its giving full play to " Yueda’s culture concentric circles resonance system ".Yueda’s culture concentric circles resonance system consists of a cultural material layer,a cultural system layer and a cultural spirit layers centering on one central point " 5-person and 55-yuan ".We come up with the finding that the supreme state of enterprises is cultural management. |
