| The Formation and Establishment of the quality of a Screen Compere is influenced by various factors.As far as the objective factors are concerned,a screen compere must have excellent aptitude and abilities,such as observing,memorizing,arguing,dealing with emergencies abilities and so on.As for subjective factors,it is also of great importance to learn all kinds of knowledge with assiduity,work hard and show one’s unique characteristics in programs.A compere should build up his peculiar screen figure on the basis of his own conditions and form his personal quality. |
