中文摘要:

中小民营企业在我国国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位.分析了中小民营企业技术创新面临着资金短缺、人才缺乏、技术研究与开发经费投入不足等问题,提出了改善我国中小民营企业技术创新的对策.

英文摘要:

Small-and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in our national economy.Based on the analysis of the shortage of fund and talents,and inadequate capital investment for technological research and development.This paper comes up with some measures to improve technological innovations in small-and medium-sized enterprises.
