| To realize the maximal appreciation, an enterprise pursues the aim of maximal profit, maximal shareholders’ profit and maximal enterprise value. Considering the national assets management, it’s highly necessary to view the maximal shareholders’ profit as the principle of fiscal management, which calls for a set of effective measures and scientific management. |
