| Recently, the change of the relationship between Europe and America has become the most important issue in the international politics. The new change in the relationship between Europe and America will deeply influence the future structure of the world. European integration is a process of the economic integration, political integration, social criterion and the cultural homogeny. Along with the progress of the integration and the end of the Cold War, the EU has become an important political force in European region. There are changes in the relationship between Europe and America either. The rise in force makes EU pursue larger political influence, trying to get the equal status with America. At present, Europe is becoming a balance force to American hegemony. The relationship between Europe and America has become an important variable influencing the world structure. |
