| For interest groups to participate in legislation, it’s helpful to promote the democratic and scientific legislation. China has certain room of legal system for their participation. However, there are many shortcomings in the actual system, which needs to be improved. In addition, China’s social groups are short of independence, voluntary consciousness and the nature of non-government so that they cannot undertake the responsibilities of interest expression well. |
