| The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) has made a great breakthrough in the traditional management that is not only associated with the core of financial measurement and appraises system but also with strategic objective and course realization and present achievement and future capacity. A series of indexes,learning and growth, business process; the customer, and the financial perspective,integrate with enterprise information systems. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrates business administration idea, business procedure, basic data, manpower and materials, computer hardware and software in an organic whole. The BSC and the ERP system integration form a more complete, more effective new platform in enterprise modernization management, which can also keep organizational behavior unanimity with the strategic management. |
