| Compared with undergraduates, postgraduates, at a higher level, have their own particularity, complexity and are not easy to manage. Recently, with the yearly increasing number of postgraduates, their education of thinking and managentment are also a new challenge. To focus on improving postgraduates’ multiple qualities is the guiding thought to cope with postgraduate affairs. |
