| 在知识经济飞速发展的今天,为地方经济建设事业培养高、中级工程专业技术人才为主的一般地方工科院校,肩负着为地方改革开放和经济建设事业培养合格的一线人才的光荣重任.在就业指导的工作中,应当根据一般地方工科院校的特征做好思想开导、政策引导、信息指导和应聘技术的培训环节;做到对公布信息、用人单位资料及服务模式和就业手续办理的规范;做好学生择业道德与思想政治工作相结合,就业指导与市场需求相结合,就业能力与教学工作相结合,就业指导与大学四年的教育相结合. |

| As the knowledge economy develops rapidly, the local engineering colleges, which cultivate junior and senior engineers and technicians chiefly for local economy, now shoulder the glorious task to cultivate qualified talents for the local economic reform and openness and for modernized constructive institution. In our task of guiding employment, it would be best for us to complete four sectors, accomplish four standards, and complete four combinations, which should be based on the extraordinary obvious characteristics of the local engineering colleges. |
