| The treasury concentration payment system is an important part of the construction of the socialistic public finance frumework system,is the innovation of the budget performance system, promotes the efficiency in the use of funds. Aimed at the practical problems existing in the course of practice, this paper puts forward the corresponding revolutionary measures to guarantee that the reform of the treasury concentration payment system can be conducted smoothly in colleges and universities. |
