从法文化产生的源流考察,中西法律文化之所以显现不同的特征,自然环境的差异起着重要的作用.自然环境对中西方法的起源、对中国特有的农耕型法文化的形成有着深远的影响.

Natural environment plays an important role in the difference between the Chinese and western legal culture, and had a deep impact on both origin of law and the forming of Chinese farming legal culture.
