| "Yan da" is an important criminal policy of our country and a special means of special period to realize comprehensive social regulation.Under the circumstances when the public order worsens, this policy functioned efficacy . Justice,as the value and purpose of the criminal policy , the standard the concrete implementation of "Yan Da " . An author carries on the analysis of value and authentic proof to "Yan Da " at the two dimension angle that to attempt to from the substance just is just with the program. |
