| 发展党内民主的关键是完善党内选举.目前,我国在党内选举方面仍存在一些问题,需要采取有力措施来加以完善.党内选举制度是党内民主的一项根本制度.改革和完善党内选举制度,需要着重解决的主要问题是,对"选举"类干部和"选拔"任命类干部作出明确划分和规定;强化党内监督制度;改进候选人的提名方式;适当扩大差额选举比例;建立和实行竞选制度;坚持和完善票决制;建立健全与党内选举制度相配套的制度等. |

| The election regulations constitutes a basic part of CPC democratic system and the key to develop democracy is to improve the election regulations. At present, there are some problems yet to be solved with effective measures. This paper makes an analysis of this point and puts forward some proposals. |
