| With the coming of the era of knowledge economy, the universities must adapt to the new situation and change the former concept of personnel management and emphasize on the management of personnel resources to survive and develop. In this paper, through the analysis of the status quo, the anthor discusses the basic strategies of universities’ personnel resource management and how to deal with some relations in the management. |
