| Throngh cultural relics and historical documeats, this paper proves that the writer of novel"Outlaws of the Marsh"(Shuihu)—Shi Naian lived in the end of Yuan Dynasty and the early Ming Dynasty and he was also the town fellow of Zhang Shicheng,leader of the uprising against Yuan. Their hometown was Baiju of Taizhon Prefecture (Now of Dafeng County, Yancheng City). Thiw paper also introduces Shi’s life and some of his important poems, including"New Bilgraphy of Shi Naian". |
