| Constructing all-round Xiaokang,popularization of higher education and lifetime education are beautiful scenes combined by economy,society and education of China in the new century.These three things have inevitable connections. Constructing all-round Xiaokang contains popularization of higher education. Popularization of higher education is a necessary component of constructing All-round Xiaokang.Lifetime education is the result of constructing All-round Xiaokang and popularization of higher education.They share common goal and spirit and depend on each other.We should pay attention to the connections of them and build a bridge leading to learning society. |
