| People are very sensitive to the consumption of leaders at their posts. which is challenging to the ruling party. It is an effective measure to be against corruption among leaders. The Party committees and governments at all levels should pursue the reform and colleges and universities should take the lead because of their important roles in the construction of spiritual and material civilizations. |
