| Precontract is an agreement which stipulates that the relevant parties should negotiate for signing a certain contract .It’s value lies in planning the process of negotiating for signing a contract, thereby allocating risks and lowering the cost reasonably . This article has three parts:the concept and kinds of precontract; the effect and the liabilities of breaching precontract; a contrast between liabilities of breaching precontract and culpa in contrahedo. |
