| The conflict between acceptance and refusal of criminal illegal evidence is always the focus of legislature and procedural academia because of its special value. This article nails down the connotation of illegal evidence and uses the reference of foreign rules. It has realistic significance to form the exclusionary rule in china. Then this article brings forward the formation of how to set up it. |
