| Hobbes was the first man in modern times who consciously objected to the theory of theology about state.Basing on the theory of human nature,he initiated the beginning of state contract theory according to the close demonstration in the series of terms such as natural condition natural law and social contract and so on ,founded the basic structure of state theory of modern western bourgeoisie and made great contribution for secularization and modernization of state theory. |
