| Training goal is an indispensable item in the specialty training programme of the institutions of higher learning, for it confines the whole layout of the training plan. With the development of the internal and external factors of higher education, this item is being transformed from "National Plan" to "Social Adaptability". Based on this point and the facts of colleges and universities, the author syggests that the possible development tendency of credit system in the future may be long-lasting bu with limitation. |
