| The economical and social development in the northern part of Jiangsu Province lags behind the average developing speed of the whole province, which has pinned down the process of the modernization and building a well-off society in an all-round way in the province. The author points out that the lack of the talented people is the essencial factor. So, one of the key measures to crack the problem is to develop the education in the area, especially its higher education. In this paper, the author expounds such a development strategy. |
