| In accordance with the phenomenon of the leaving unused、wasting、and loss of state-owned assets which currently existing in its management, this article objectively analyses the causes. And at the same time, to solve the problems, this article will put forward the countermeasures and plans (exactly the concrete measures) including enhancing the construction of state-owned assets management system, establishing and perfecting the property right registration system of state-owned assets, strengthening the fundamental management, and setting up systems to precaution the loss of state-owned assets. |
