| In the 21st century, man has stepped into the information times. As information store centers, , libraries are facing new challenges because their traditional functions (information store and means of transmission) can not meet the needs of readers. It is necessary for libraries to reform the traditional functions and to develop individualization information service by means of the Internet technology. Only so can libraries show the charming power in the economic and spiritual construction. |
