| 执政党建设是一项复杂的系统工程,同时也是一项特殊的政治过程.通过对执政党的兴衰进行对比分析,找出其成功与失败的内在原因.任何一个执政党要想长期执政,必须不断适应社会发展的需要,反映社会发展的愿望,改造与社会发展不相适应的政党结构,一句话,变革与创新是执政党超越政权更迭周期率的唯一途径. |

| The development of a ruling party is not only a complicated systematic project, but also a special political process. This thesis shows us the internal reasons for prosperity and declination by analyzing prosperity and declination of a ruling party. It concluded that innovation , the only way for a ruling party to transcend the cycle of regime shift, should be adopted by the party. That is, if a ruling party wants to govern for ever, it should always adapt itself to meet the needs of its society, reflect the wishes of the country’ s development and reconstruct the party to conform to the country s development. |
