| The authors have analyzed the present situation and difficulty that library is faced with under modern IT environment. They think that now library should perfect development program and objective system, establish good humane environment, make a scientific location, set up every stage goal, and use positive growth point in the software?hardware updating to improve our work , hold development direction, act accordingly to better network construction. |
