| E-business is the application based on internet technique which with obvious peculiarities and advantages when compared to the traditional trade, but certain restrictions still exist. In this paper, the author analyzes and elaborates the general features and the application peculiarities, then puts forward the multi-level structure of E-business. Moreover, based on the development of E-business, the author makes a further study of the restrictions, then uncovers the objective problems and probes into the solutions. |
