| 法制现代化是我们这个时代学界研究讨论的主流话语之一.本文从政治文明的组织层面、价值层面和制度层面对中国法制现代化进行了分析,对法制现代化与政治文明进行了积极思考,提出人类政治文明的发展决定了法制现代化的进程.作为政治文明建设的重要组成部分,法制现代化离不开政治文明的组织保障和价值支持.只有坚持中国共产党领导下的政治体制改革,中国法制现代化才能稳定健康地发展. |

| Legal modernization has become the main current word of the time in the academic circle. This paper analyzes Chinese legal modernization through politics civilization, talks about the relation of politics civilization and legal modernization. Political civilizations decide the possession of legal modernization as the important part of political civilization. Legal modernization cannot succeed without the organization guarantee and value support of politics civilization. |
