| To cultivate the humane circumstances in the countryside is not only the necessary requirement for the development of the quidace of humane values in countryside, and it is even more pressing for the development reality there. Social humane circumstances are the cultural atmosphere that based on human spirits as the key force and no essencial social development can be achiered without it. We should fully realize the importance of cultivating the humane circumstances and take measures to breed it in the countryside. We should also strengthen the connotion of humane values in the social development of countryside to motivate the countrymen’s enthusiasm and creativity to go in for the countryside construction, so the harmonious social atmosphere and sustainable spiritual force can be achieved to build the modernization in countryside. |
