| The contemporary China legal culture is on the course of transforming form tradition to modernization, and the third globalization must have some influence on this process. Under the background of globalization, the tendency of globalization of China legal culture is inevitable, however, the globalization don’t exclude the nativization, the globalization and the nativization is a dialectical unity. Although China native legal culture has her abundance historical bases,she needs new vigor to realize transcendence and innovation. |
