| On the basis of analyzing the significance of readers′ needs for the construction of academic libraries′ literature resources, this paper discusses how to explore and study readers′ needs, then, re-analyze the current problems and shortcomings in the construction of document resources in university libraries, and finally summarize the strategies for improving the construction of document resources based on the needs of readers: the work of document resource construction should start with establishing correct values of resource construction, strengthening reader needs and document resource acquisition, the interactive nature of the literature, the establishment of the evaluation and feedback mechanism of the literature resources, etc. , to achieve a good connection between the literature resources and the needs of readers. |
