| 在新的时代背景和发展环境中，社会发展的不平衡不充分必将带来人的发展不平衡不充分，这也就使得人的平衡发展成为新时代的重要议题。作为服务于人的发展的思想政治教育，人的平衡发展为其在新时代的改革创新提供了新的视角与路径，同时也就要求当下其系统的构建应当以人的平衡发展为中心。梳理了新时代人的不平衡不充分发展的表现及对应于思想政治教育中所存在的问题，希冀从中探寻思想政治教育系统构建所需的理念、机制、动力的建设路径。 |

| In the new era background and development environment, the unbalance of social development will inevitably lead to the unbalance of human development, which makes the balanced development of human become an important issue in the new era. For the ideological and political education serving the development of human beings, so the balanced development of human beings provides a new perspective and path for its reform and innovation in the new era, and also requires that the construction of its system should focus on the balanced development of human beings. Therefore, the thesis summarizes the performance of the unbalanced and inadequate development of human beings in the new era, and corresponds to the problems existing in the ideological and political education, hoping to explore the construction path of the concept, mechanism and power needed by the construction of the ideological and political education system. |
