| This paper makes a statistical analysis of patent opening and licensing in Yancheng during the 13th five-year plan period, and summarizes the characteristics of patent innovation in strategic emerging industries in Yancheng. In the light of the existing weak links and gaps, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening scientific and technological innovation, strengthening leading enterprises, promoting patent application and strengthening policy support during the period of the 14th five-year plan, for the reference of leaders at all levels and relevant departments. |
