| 高校实施的“青马工程”与大学生党员教育培养工作是高校党建的重要组成部分。在阐述加强“青马工程”与学生党建相互融合的必要性基础上，对关联现状进行了分析，并提出通过建立党团联动机制、提升党建工作水平、发挥党建工作优势、使用支部工作模式等四个方面完善“青马工程”的培养路径、促进“青马工程”深入推进、提升“青马工程”群体质量、推进“青马工程”规范发展。 |

| Both the "Youth Marxism Training Project" and the education and training of college student party members are important parts of the party construction work in colleges and universities. Based on the illustration of the necessity of strengthening the integration between “Qingma Project” and the party construction of college students, the paper analyzes the current situation of the two aspects' association. Four ways, establishing the interactive mechanism between the party and the league, improving the level of the party construction work, making full use of the advantages of the party construction work, and adopting the branch working mode, are put forward to complement the following three aims, improving the training path, ensuring the further promotion, raising the group quality and enhancing the standardized development of "Qingma Project". |
