| 大学生网络思想政治教育已成为高校思政工作的重要内容，在新媒体快速发展的今天，高校学生思政教育方式也需要创新。易班平台作为新时代的产物，它的思政引领功能顺应了时代发展的需要，并与国家方针政策契合，但其本身存在功能性和技术性以及管理和推广问题，使得收获效果欠佳。以网络引领力为切入点，分析当前易班平台在思想引领建设中存在的问题，在此基础上提出易班思政引领力的提升路径。 |

| College students' ideological and political education has become an important part of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities. In the era of rapid development of new media, the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is closely following the trend of the times. The Yiban platform is the product of the new era. The leading function conforms to the needs of the development of the times and is in line with national guidelines and policies. However, it has functional and technical problems as well as management and promotion problems, which makes the harvesting effect poor. This paper takes the network leading power as the starting point, and analyzes the problems existing in the current Yiban platform in the thought-leading construction. |
