| The achievements and shortcomings of teachers' scientific research work in vocational colleges coexist with joy and worry. Achievements come from society, the school and also the teachers. The deficiency is caused by the combination of history and reality, external and internal factors. Today, we put emphasize on innovation and entrepreneurship education, so we should do more work in improving teachers' scientific research ability, strengthening scientific research collaboration between teachers, strengthening the management of scientific research work and perfecting the system of scientific research management, etc. |
