      "建筑物区分所有权"作为法律术语不能准确反映其所指向的权利的客体与内容,我国<物权法>应当采用"业主权"这一概念.业主权的权利主体是业主,权利客体是物业管理区域,权利内容包括业主的专有权、共有权和成员权.
英文摘要:
      As a law term,"shared ownership of buildings" cannot reflect precisely the object and the content of the right which refers to,the "Property Law" should adopt the concept of the "property owner’s right".The subject of the "property owner’s right" is property owners,while the object is the real estate management district and the content includes the exclusive right,the co-ownership right and the membership right.
