| We must full understand the importance and the urgency of how to evaluate the cadres in colleges and universities.The evaluation work must adhere to the principles of democracy,subjectivity,comprehensiveness,guidance.We must understand accurately the working performance of the cadres,make clear the content and evaluation standard,establish effective utilization of feedback mechanism.Thereby,we could build up an evaluation system of cadres based on the Scientific Concept of Development requires.It is not only the basic requirements of practicing the Scientific Concept of Development,but also the objective requirements of realizing Sound and fast development of high education in China. |
