      高校教师聘任制的改革与实施使得高校教师职业倦怠心理日趋严重,主要表现在情绪耗竭、去个性化、低个人成就感,其原因是工作负荷过重、社会保障制度不完善、考核评价不合理等,故应注意营造和谐的聘任制环境、完善教师聘任制、建立相配套的保障机制等来加以解决和克服.
英文摘要:
      The reformation and the implementation of the faculty recruitment system make the teachers’job burnout more serious, which is reflected by emotional exhaustion,de-personality,low personal accomplishment.The reason is that the work overload of the social security system is imperfect,such as irrational appraisal.Thus we should pay attention to create a harmonious envi- ronment of recruitment system,improve the faculty recruitment system and establish the supporting protection mechanism in order to address and overcome these problems.
