| It is necessary to build first-rate teaching staff and nurture more famous teachers,even masters in constructuring a powerful province of higher education,which is also the priority of current higher education development.To achieve the above purpose,the measures of introducing and training should be adopted by universities and colleges of Jiangsu,and a group of leaders of disciplines singled out purposefully as well.Meanwhile,a group of excellent talents should be introduced or employed into the teaching staff and the relationships between introduction and cultivation of lalents should be carefully dealt with. |
