| The career self-efficiency is application the self-efficiency theory in the career field,meaning the confidence that one has in fulfilling all tasks and activities connected with one’s career.The thesis introduced self-efficiency,the occupation self-efficiency and its information source,analyzes the impact on the college students applying for jobs and improving ways systemically.It also brings forward a series of conceptions on the application of the career self-efficiency theory in Economic & Management courses teaching. |
